How to get there?

By plane:

Brussels Airport connects to 200 European and International destinations in more than 65 countries, allowing 500 million European inhabitants to reach Brussels in less than 3 hours. 

Frequent trains connect Brussels airport with Liège.

A second airport, Brussels South Charleroi Airport, located at 1 hour from Liège city center, is the hub for low-costs carriers, and adds an additional 100 destinations of the already offered destination from Brussels Airport. Regular shuttle busses links Brussels South Charleroi Airport to Charleroi train station, where frequent train connections are available to Liège.

By train:

More than 60 million Europeans can reach Brussels in less than two hours and in real comfort and in an environmentally- friendly way by high speed trains : Thalys, Eurostar, TGV, ICE. The main point of arrival is “Brussels South Station” from where it is very easy to get a train to Liège (1h ride). High speed train connections also frequently link “Brussels South Station” to "Liège-Guillemins" main station, which shorten the ride to 30 minutes and open access to the German train network.

By bus:

Every major bus line (Flixbus, Bla Bla Bus, etc.) offers a connection to “Brussels South Station” from where it is very easy to get a train to Liège.

By car:

Liège lies at the crossroad of a modern motorway network (E411 - E42) linking France to the south, The Netherlands to the north, Germany and Luxemburg to the east, not to forget the Channel Tunnel (via northern France) to the United Kingdom.
